We ship it from the Netherlands to the UK and other European countries

Is it legal and safe to ship it?

Please verify the law in your country before ordering. We can send a free replacement if the parcel gets lost or confiscated (this happens in less than 5% of orders)

How can I order?

Simply make the order on this website by going to the store, selecting the size and amount. After the order, we will contact you with the payment details. Often we need to send the PayPal payment invoice manually (this will be done within 24 hours, but usually within a few hours or you can send the money to our specified PayPal account. Instructions will be automatically emailed to you after the order.

What is your refund policy?

Once dispatched, no refund is possible for the Rick Simpson Oil. Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be reused in any way once they leave our facility. In order to avoid waste and due to safety concerns, we do not accept returns.
