I’ve been reading about RSO oil and its potential benefits for sleep. Has anyone tried it? Does it really make it easier to fall asleep and improve sleep quality?

I’ve been using RSO oil for a couple of months to help manage my sleep issues. I find that it calms my mind and helps reduce nighttime anxiety, making it easier for me to fall asleep.

In my experience, RSO oil works best when used as part of a bedtime routine. I take a small dose about 30 minutes before bed, and it helps me relax. Remember, it’s important to start with a low dose and see how your body reacts.

I was skeptical at first, but after using RSO oil for sleep, I noticed a big improvement in my sleep quality. Not only do I fall asleep faster, but I also feel more rested in the morning.

Both work well for me in terms of sleep. I personally can’t tell a big difference—but I usually opt for the cheaper distillate option.

Check out the “Lights Out” line by Heavy Hitters. They offer vape carts, gummies, tablets, and tinctures—all designed to help knock you out. They pack THC and CBN for a full sleep-friendly effect.

They both work, but in my experience RSO gives a better effect.

Thanks everyone for your feedback! I’ll give it a try following your advice on dosing. It’s reassuring to hear that it helped others, and I’m looking forward to a better night’s sleep.

Both work. You can even combine the two and/or add CBD. Distillate can be smoked, eaten, or baked, whereas RSO is typically only eaten. My rule of thumb: less is more—try 2 to 5 units, or 10 if it’s really weak; be cautious, it can hit very hard.
